Returns and Refunds

 

Stickers, Tiles and Bookmarks: You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 

Clothing items: All clothing items are made-to-order, they are custom-produced just for you. This means I cannot offer refunds,exchanges or returns unless there's an issue with your order. I can make exceptions in the following cases:

  • Seller Mistake: If I made an error (e.g., wrong item sent), I'll gladly resolve it!
  • Print Error or Defect: If there's a manufacturing defect or print issue, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to be obliged for a replacement or refund. 

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, please send me an email via mail@romancebookishthings.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item

Once I review your request, I’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

 

Can I change my order after placing it?

  • Clothing items: these orders are automatically sent to production after being placed. This means I usually have only a few hours (sometimes less than 1!) to make changes. If you need to modify your order (size, address, etc.), please mail me ASAP via mail@romancebookishthings.com. I can’t guarantee changes, but if it’s still possible, I’ll be happy to assist!
  • Stickers, Tiles and Bookmarks: Since these are handmade and shipped by me, there’s a bit more flexibility. However, I still can’t guarantee order changes. If you need to update something, please email me at mail@romancebookishthings.com, and I’ll do my best!
