We ship worldwide. For apparel we aim to fulfill and ship from the location closest to you to avoid customs fees and long shipping times. Please check your region in the overview below.

📦 Shipping Basics

Where do we ship from?

  • Apparel is produced and shipped from the closest production facility, EU or US or another partner.
  • Stickers, tiles and bookmarks always ship from Greece.

Processing time

  • 2-5 business days

Estimated delivery time

  • Apparel: 2–7 business days
  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 1–4weeks depending on destination

🇪🇺 European Union (EU)

Origin

  • Stickers, tiles and bookmarks always ship from the EU.
  • Apparel is normally produced and shipped within the EU.

Delivery estimates

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 1 to 3 weeks
  • Apparel: 2 to 7 business days

Customs & VAT

  • Stickers, tiles and bookmarks do not incur customs within the EU. VAT is included.
  • Apparel normally ships from the EU. In rare cases an item may ship from the US, which can result in customs fees. This is mentioned on the product page when a size or color is US only.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom (UK)

Origin

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: from Greece 
  • Apparel: from the EU or US (depending on stock)

Delivery estimates

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 1 to 3 weeks
  • Apparel: 2 to 7 business days

Customs & VAT

  • Orders under £135 usually pass without extra charges.
  • Orders over £135 may be subject to VAT and/or customs duties according to UK rules.

🇺🇸 United States

Origin

  • Apparel: produced and shipped within the US
  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: from Greece 

Delivery estimates

  • Apparel: 2 to 7 business days
  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 2 to 4 weeks

Customs & VAT

  • Apparel: No customs fees.
  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: subject to US import rules.

📌 Update for US customers (August 2025)

From August 29, 2025 the United States applies a 15 percent import duty to all shipments coming from the EU. USPS is not yet able to process these tariffs correctly, which means shipments from Greece cannot be sent at the moment.

Because of this, stickers, bookmarks and tiles are temporarily unavailable for US customers and will appear as out of stock. Apparel remains available because it ships from within the United States.

This situation may continue for several months, until USPS switches fully to the 15 percent tariff system or a DDP option becomes available from Greece.

🇨🇦 Canada

Origin

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: from Greece 
  • Apparel: from the EU or US (depending on stock)

Delivery estimates

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 3 to 4 weeks
  • Apparel: 2 to 7 business days

Customs & VAT
GST, provincial tax and handling fees may apply.

📌 Update for CA customers (September 2025)

Due to the strikes of the Canadian post it's currently not possible to ship from Greece. Therefore stickers, tiles and bookmarks will be shown out of stock for Canadian customers. Apparel is still available.

🇦🇺 Australia

Origin

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: from Greece 
  • Apparel: from the US

Delivery estimates

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 3 to 5 weeks
  • Apparel: 2 to 7 business days

Customs & VAT
Orders over 1,000 AUD may incur import duties and GST. Smaller orders may still face handling fees.

🌍 Other Countries

Origin

  • Apparel: shipped from the production facility closest to you (EU or US, depending on availability)
  • Stickers, tiles and bookmarks: always from the EU (Greece)

Delivery estimates
2 to 5 weeks depending on location.

Customs & VAT
Import duties, VAT or handling fees may apply depending on your country. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Unpaid charges may result in the parcel being returned.

📬 Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • Always shipped with tracking
  • Tracking sent within 2–5 business days after processing
  • Apparel ships separately from other items. If ordered together with stickers or tiles you will receive separate packages.

🚚 Delays, Lost Parcels & Returns

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Customs, postal services, holidays or weather may cause delays.

If your parcel is delayed or missing

  • Check your tracking link
  • Contact your local post office if there are no updates

If marked as delivered but not received

  • Check with neighbours/building staff
  • Contact your local postal service

📌 If a parcel is marked as delivered, I cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. Contact me within 7 days and I’ll do my best to help.

Returned parcels

  • If returned due to missed delivery, refusal, or unpaid customs:
    • Resend once return shipping is covered, or
    • Refund item cost (stickers/bookmarks/tiles only). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
