📦 Shipping Basics

Where do you ship from?

  • Apparel is produced and shipped from the closest production facility (EU, US or international partner).
  • Stickers, tiles and bookmarks always ship from the EU (Greece).

How long is processing time:

  • 2-5 business days

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Apparel: 2–7 business days
  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 1–4weeks (depending on destination)

🇪🇺 European Union (EU)

Origin
All items are normally shipped from within the EU.
Stickers, tiles and bookmarks always ship from the EU.

Delivery estimates

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 1–3 weeks
  • Apparel: 2–7 business days

Customs & VAT
Stickers, tiles and bookmarks never have customs within the EU – VAT is always included.
Apparel is also normally produced and shipped within the EU. Only in very rare cases, due to stock issues, an apparel item may ship from the US. If that happens, customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom (UK)

Origin

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: from the EU (Greece)
  • Apparel: from the EU or US (depending on stock)

Delivery estimates

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 1–3 weeks
  • Apparel: 2–7 business days

Customs & VAT

  • Orders under £135 usually pass without extra charges.
  • Orders over £135 may be subject to VAT and/or customs duties according to UK rules.

🇺🇸 United States

Origin

  • Apparel: produced and shipped within the US
  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: shipped from the EU (Greece)

Delivery estimates

  • Apparel: 2–7 business days

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 2–4 weeks

Customs & VAT

  • Apparel: No customs fees.

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: subject to US import rules.

📌 Update for US customers (August 2025)
From August 29, 2025, the US applies a 15% import duty to all shipments from the EU. 👉 For example: a $10 sticker order may mean around $1.50 in fees.

However, USPS may temporarily apply flat handling fees ($80–$200) instead of the 15% tariff, as they are not yet able to process these tariffs correctly yet. To avoid unexpected charges, stickers, bookmarks and tiles are temporarily unavailable for US orders via the webshop (it will show out of stock).

This situation may last up to 6 months, until USPS fully switches to the 15% tariff system or a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) option becomes available from Greece.

🇨🇦 Canada

Origin

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: from the EU (Greece)

  • Apparel: from the EU or US (depending on stock)

  • Apparel: 2–7 business days

Customs & VAT
Canadian customs may charge GST, provincial sales tax, and/or handling fees. These vary per province and order value.

🇦🇺 Australia

Origin

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: from the EU (Greece)

  • Apparel: from the US

Delivery estimates

  • Stickers, tiles, bookmarks: 4 weeks

  • Apparel: 2–7 business days

Customs & VAT
Orders over AUD 1,000 may incur 5% import duties and 10% GST.
Smaller orders may still face handling fees.

🌍 Other Countries

Origin

  • Apparel: shipped from the production facility closest to you (EU or US, depending on availability)

  • Stickers, tiles and bookmarks: always from the EU (Greece)

Delivery estimates
2–5 weeks depending on location.

Customs & VAT
Import duties, VAT or handling fees may apply according to local rules. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Unpaid customs charges may result in the parcel being returned, with reshipping costs at the buyer’s expense.

Apparel

  • Always shipped with tracking
  • Tracking sent within 2–5 business days after processing

  • Ships separately from other items 

Stickers, tiles & bookmarks

  • International: tracked shipping is default
  • EU customers: may choose untracked (see disclaimer)

  • Tracked orders may require a signature on delivery

⚠️ Untracked Shipping Disclaimer

  • No replacement or refund if lost or delayed
  • Wait up to 5 weeks before reshipment is considered
  • Reshipping costs covered by the buyer

🚚 Delays, Lost Parcels & Returns

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Customs, postal services, holidays or weather may cause delays.

If your parcel is delayed or missing

  • Check your tracking link

  • Contact your local post office if there are no updates

If marked as delivered but not received

  • Check with neighbours/building staff

  • Contact your local postal service

📌 If marked as delivered, I cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. Contact me within 7 days and I’ll do my best to help.

Returned parcels

  • If returned due to missed delivery, refusal, or unpaid customs:
    • Resend once return shipping is covered, or

    • Refund item cost (stickers/bookmarks/tiles only). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
