Orders are shipped worldwide. Whenever possible, orders are produced and shipped from the location closest to you. This helps reduce shipping times and the chance of customs fees. Please check your region below for more details.

Production and processing
All products are made to order and produced after purchase. Processing and production usually take 2–5 business days before an order is shipped. Once production is completed, the parcel is handed to the shipping carrier and tracking information is provided.
European Union (EU)
Origin
Orders are normally produced and shipped within the EU. In some cases a specific size or color may only be available from a US facility. This will be mentioned on the product page.

Customs and VAT
Orders shipped within the EU do not incur customs fees. In rare cases an item may ship from the US, which can result in customs fees.
United Kingdom (UK)

Orders are shipped from the EU or the US facility depending on availability.

Orders under £135 usually pass without additional charges.
Orders over £135 may be subject to VAT or customs duties according to UK regulations.

Orders are produced and shipped within the United States.

Orders are shipped from the production facility closest to the destination, usually within the EU or the US depending on availability.

Can take up to 4 weeks depending on your location.
Customs and VAT
Import duties, VAT or handling fees may apply depending on your country. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Unpaid charges may result in the parcel being returned.

Delays and lost parcels
Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, postal services, holidays or weather may cause delays.
If your parcel is delayed or missing
- Check your tracking link.
- Contact your local post office if there are no updates.
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it
- Check with neighbours or building staff.
- Contact your local postal service.
If a parcel is marked as delivered, I cannot be responsible for loss or theft.
Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned due to missed delivery, refused delivery or unpaid customs charges, the order can be resent once the package has arrived back and the new shipping costs are covered by the customer.
