If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or could not be delivered, the order can be shipped again once the package has been received back and the new shipping costs have been paid.
Where is my order?
All products are made to order and produced after purchase. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before an order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact me at mail@romancebookishthings.com and I will help you find your tracking information.
Most orders arrive well within the estimated delivery window, but shipping times can occasionally vary depending on postal services or customs processing.
Lost or delayed packages
Packages can occasionally be delayed by customs procedures, postal services or local delivery issues. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first.
If the tracking page has not updated for several days or the parcel appears stuck in transit, you can contact me at mail@romancebookishthings.com and I will help look into the shipment.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbours, roommates or building staff and look around your mailbox or delivery area. You can also contact your local postal service, as they sometimes hold packages at a local facility before redelivery.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Romance Bookish Things cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect shipping address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible at mail@romancebookishthings.com. If production or shipping has already started, changes may no longer be possible.
If the address can still be updated before the order is shipped, I will adjust it for you. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to resend the package.
