Where is my order?
Stickers, Tiles and Bookmarks
If you did choose for tracking (which is optional within the EU and otherwise it's always tracked). You can track your package with your tracking number here.
- Can't find your tracking number? Mail me and I'll resent it.
- Once your package arrives in your country, you can track it via your local postal service (e.g., USPS for the US, PostNL for the Netherlands).
Some countries don’t offer detailed tracking updates after customs. Most orders still arrive within the estimated timeframe!
If your order is marked as ‘delivered’ prematurely, please wait 2 business days before contacting me. Postal services sometimes scan packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
Apparel
You will receive a tracking email once your apparel order has been processed. If you cannot find the email, contact me at mail@romancebookishthings.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Packages can be delayed by customs or local postal services. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, check your tracking information first. If there are no recent updates, email me at mail@romancebookishthings.com.
If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it:
- Check with neighbours, roommates, or household members.
- Look around your mailbox or delivery area.
- Contact your local post office, as they sometimes hold packages and deliver them 1-3 business days later.
If a parcel is marked as delivered I cannot be responsible for loss or theft. If you contact me within five days I will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect address, email me as soon as possible. If production or shipping has already started, changes may not be possible. If the address can still be changed, I will update it for you.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned because it was not collected or could not be delivered, we can resend it once the additional shipping costs are paid. If you prefer not to have it resent, you may receive a refund for the product cost for stickers, bookmarks or tiles. Shipping fees are non refundable.
