1. Sizing and fit

Each product includes a size guide on the product page. Check the measurements before ordering to ensure the best fit. If you are unsure, take one of your own favourite shirts, measure it and compare those measurements with the size guide on the website.

2. Can I change or cancel my order

Apparel orders are sent to production shortly after purchase and usually cannot be changed or cancelled. Stickers, tiles and bookmarks can sometimes be adjusted if they have not yet been shipped. For full details, see the Return and Refund Policy.

3. Do all items ship together

No. Apparel is produced and shipped by a production partner, so it always ships separately from stickers, bookmarks and tiles. If you order both apparel and smaller items, you will receive separate packages.

4. What if my tracking shows no updates

Stickers, bookmarks and tiles ship with the Greek postal service. Once the package leaves Greece, the Greek postal service cannot update the tracking. Your local postal service takes over at the border. In that case the tracking number remains the same, but updates will only appear once your local postal service scans it.

If the estimated delivery window has passed and there have been no updates for a long time, you can email me for assistance.

5. My discount code does not work

Discount codes may not work if they are expired, entered incorrectly or used on items that are excluded from promotions. In most cases discount codes cannot be combined. If you need help, feel free to contact me.

6. Gift Orders / Do you include invoices in the package

  • Apparel is shipped directly from a production partner and no invoice or note can be added to the parcel.
  • For stickers, tiles or bookmarks you can request a gift message by emailing me directly after placing your order.

7. What materials do you use

  • Apparel is produced by a trusted partner. Hoodies and sweatshirts are typically Gildan 18000 or 18500. Most T-shirts are Gildan 5000, with some designs printed on Comfort Colors. Materials and if an item is DTG or Embroidered is always mentioned in the listing.
  • Materials for tiles, stickers and bookmarks are listed on each product page.

8. Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders

9. Are your items officially licensed

  • Yes, I work with official licenses for Rina Kent, Sadie Kincaid, Lola King, Shantel Tessier, Twisted Sisters and Navessa Allen.
  • Items inspired by Penelope Douglas books are not officially licensed. Penelope has stated in her Facebook group that she allows small creators to make and sell limited merch.

10. How do I care for my apparel

11. What happens if my order arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, email me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will review it as soon as possible and provide a suitable solution.
