I wear a size M and I'm 5'4" (1.63m), and a M already fits me oversized, which is exactly how these are meant to fit. These are authentic hockey jerseys designed to be worn over gear, so they have a naturally loose, oversized fit. If you prefer a more regular fit, size down one from your usual size.
How to measure
A — Chest: Put one end of the tape on the fullest part of your chest and bring it around your back, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, back to where you started.
B — Waist: Place the tape on the narrowest part of your waist and measure around.
C — Hips: Put the tape on one hip and bring it across the fullest part of your hips back to where you started.
